Faith Leadership
Lead Theological Specialist- Leads Worship Service or Scripture Study Events, Leads Public Events Representing The Core Values of The Very Pro Group Mission
Interfaith Specialist- Leads Worship Service or Scripture Study Events, Passing Out Flyers or Brochures As Necessary, Assists with administering Worship or Scripture Study Events
Faith Services Administrative Clerk- Assists with administering Worship or Scripture Study Events, Passing Out Flyers or Brochures As Necessary, To record volunteer hours and collect participant surveys and provide clerical support as necessary.

Online Ministry
The online ministry will be supported by the maintenance of an online presence hosted via social media.
Facebook Page The page operating as A Righteous Servant will be managed and administered by the Director of This Program or of any of The Very Pro Group Members as directed by The Very Pro Group
The online ministry will be developed as a faith based enrichment and cultural service for program clients and participants.

Volunteers
To create content manage social media presence the employment of volunteers may be facilitated as directed by the Program Lead or as directed by The Very Pro Group.
Volunteers will solicit the public for interest and awareness at each event.
Volunteers may assist with administering faith services as well as facilitation of client entry into programs including but not limited to referrals to specific programs.
Volunteers may be invited to paid member meetings of The Very Pro Group to Inspire Membership and Contribution at appropriate engagement levels.

To assess government bodies and agencies to collaborate with; develop new programs for; or seek assistance regarding to operating programs.

Section 1
Board of directors contributions are recorded by treasurer or secretary as needed to reflect progress and maintain quorum.
Board of director meetings review all other meeting outcomes and make final voted decisions regarding overall administration of programs.

Paid Memberships allow clients.. (who may or may not be receivers of our services)
And/Or general public consumers.. (Possibly seeking tax write offs for donations)
to become active in the administrative body of the very pro group
giving them prospective votes in our general decision making and planning efforts
Annual and monthly members may be afforded a guest at member meetings to encourage new volunteers and new paid Members to join
this meeting can be opened to volunteers and paid members are encouraged to submit items to present suggestions to the reformation League of Action..
Guests are permitted to bring in contributions or donations from the general public and collect feedback from non members and prospective members about previous Initiative efforts etc.
Votes may be taken by paid members only in regard to topics to introduce to the reformation league of action
There will be just two quarterly organization meetings open to paid members at annual and monthly levels.. these will provide overviews of results of previous voted sessions and matters
Meeting agendas for Annual and monthly members will be oriented toward objectives such as: having an initial vote for opinions on new initiatives (proposed by the Reformation League of Action)
(Our board of directors will hold weighted votes in proportion to the active Paid Memberships in the community and weighted votes will be counted before any matter is resolved)
feedback from the closed meetings held by
the Reformation League of Action Coalition,
the Equitable Outcome Society
And the board of directors
Will be presented at the paid member meetings
Summaries of paid member meetings will be published online in a bulletin format for the public to encourage them to become Annual and monthly members or to attend a meeting as a guest of a paid member

There will be one closed meeting every quarter held only for members of the Reformation League of Action tier members
These meetings will have a general sense of introducing and deciding on initiatives centered around promoting specific subject objectives..
they may make time to decide on wording of surveys to collect feedback from annual and monthly members
They will also vote on advancing or disregarding new initiatives managed directed and or facilitated by the very pro group
I.e. initiatives with a sense of providing legal aid, campaigns for awareness calling for reform of public institutions, and introducing ideas for fundraiser activities to be approved or denied
The results of these meetings will be presented at the equitable outcome society closed meetings and at the paid member meetings
They will be recorded but not published online except they may be referenced in publications about paid member meetings.
Section 4
There will be two closed meetings every quarter held only for Equitable Outcomes Society members.
These meetings will have a general sense of planning initiatives around promoting scripture study, worship events, and the fiscal matters of facilitating health and recovery oriented programs.
The further general purview of meetings would be inclusive of such activities as to assess current effectiveness or pertinent issues related directly to management and directorship of services facilitated by the very pro group that may be resolved without board of director involvement.
The results of these meetings will be presented to Reformation League of Action Coalition meetings and to paid members meetings.
They will be recorded but not published online.
(i.e. initiatives with a sense of community health impact; like worship and scripture study oriented events; and/or selection of and utilisation or adoption of recovery related media content)
and discussion of budget and effectiveness of our programs for public food security and public housing transitional housing and rent to own program

Selection of New Programs
Introduction of new programs will be solicited via the paid membership meetings of The Very Pro Group. Selection of new programs will be voted on by the Board of Directors and the Paid Membership. The Weighted votes of the Reformation League of Action and The Equitable Outcome Society will be tallied for or against each proposal as they are moved up in queue toward the board of directors.

The Very Pro Group shall publish twice qaurterly reports of which initiatives were introduced but not successfully passed and the progress of current programs and initiatives.

Warming Facility Service Goals
We aim to Have a rotating staff of resource attendants for shower laundry storage safety and career and healthcare service referrals
To provide shower service 2x per day
Four showers open for 10 minute booked sessions available for two hours in the morning and two hours in evening
to provide two cold meals or two snacks and one hot meal per day
Two times each day staff or volunteers offer to connect clients to outreach services by soliciting responses from feedback surveys
Survey solicitation happens (x2) daily

on site recovery meetings for clients held twice per day (Operated by a prospective new or current local chapter of AA or NA)

Staff requirements
The role of shelter staff are inclusive to mitigating and responding to program participants' medical needs and responding to violations of shelter policy to include processing the exit of participants either who graduate on to other services that further meet their needs or who exit the program due to policy violation.
As there are significant job listings for what are called resource attendants and shelter managers in the Portland area these duties are detailed throughout major job boards outlining the nature of the work with special consideration for exposure to people who might be under the influence or require advanced medical attention as they enter into the program.
It's ubiquitous to the nature of this work. Resource attendants as they are called in Oregon typically follow facility safety policies and monitor all CCTV present in the facility as night staff or even in day staff roles. Their job typically amounts to sitting at a desk where resources are distributed managing gate access for program participants having a schedule for admittance and exits and coordinating with emergency services as necessary

Warming Center Policies
to ensure the safety and well being of our clients we purport that each client should be required to participate in regular surveys to provide the very pro group with feedback and ideas or opinions relevant to the organizations needs or services.
Such policies clients are to have a form of written agreement with the facility will be outlined as follows
to adhere to all program policies and facility policies
that no one under the influence of drugs or substances may remain on site of our facility during any or all operational hours
that we provide a drug free and safe environment for those in recovery
that all issues between clients be resolved via written complaints or via documented mitigation meetings with a resolution service staff member

Transitional Housing
In parallel to the Very Pro Groups long term goal to secure a physical location for a church, warming facility, and for transitional housing we aim to develop some vacant land into suitable facilities for transitional housing services to be rendered to the community.

As The Very Pro Group Programs Success Allows We Will Develop Further Beyond the Transitional Housing Developments into Small Form Factor Single Family Homes and TIny Home Communities for eligible program participants.

Arts & Job Training Opportunities
As The Very Pro Group Programs Success Allows We Will Host Job Training Workshops and Art Therapy and Outdoor Therapy Workshops. Eligible Participants will be encouraged to enrich their involvement with our members by participating in our job training and art therapy and outdoor therapy events.
Program Directors should develop resources such as to schedule and supervise trainings such that program participants can learn construction processes and take an active role in furthering our program agendas into functional community resources.
